Tracey

The founder and CEO of n4, Tracey is a dynamic and passionate entrepreneur with a track record of helping clients achieve their nutrition goals. Tracey brings fresh thinking and creativity combined with execution rigour and a strong commercial focus.

Tracey is dedicated to her mission: to improve the health of Australians by empowering and educating them to make more informed food and health choices. She is a mum of two young girls and knows first hand that it takes more than nutrition theory to help children adopt an appreciation and love of food.

Favourite fruit or veg: All the stone fruits – peaches, plums, apricots and nectarines. “When in season you can enjoy them as they are or make them into something extraordinary.”

Mark

Mark has a rare blend of corporate, consulting and start-up experience and has helped many leading organisations, large and small, accelerate their growth and profitability. Mark brings deep strategic thinking to identify opportunity then discipline and focus to develop solutions and deliver results.

Mark has a passion for helping build businesses with a strong and clear purpose. As a senior executive he has transformed businesses across four industries, and prior to that was a Partner at PwC in the firm’s Performance Improvement Practice.

Favourite fruit or veg: Brussel sprouts. “I love to challenge existing thinking, and the much- maligned Brussel sprout is a perfect example this. They are delicious thinly sliced then pan-fried with pancetta and a drizzle of olive oil and garlic!”

Marnie

Foodie, mum and nutrition expert (Accredited Practising Dietitian) with a passion and rare gift for turning the science of evidence-based nutrition into a language people can understand and relate to. Over her nearly 20 years as a dietitian, Marnie has worked in clinical nutrition in hospitals, as well as extensively with clients in private practice, helping people decipher fact from fiction – about superfoods, food trends, and gut health in particular.

Marnie’s philosophy is that food should be simple, delicious and fun! She loves mucking around in the kitchen, and seeing her own kids develop a love for good food and cooking.

Favourite fruit or veg: Cherries – hold me back when they’re in season! I also can’t live without tomatoes, and one day I’ll get my children to appreciate how delicious mushrooms are (one day!).

Joey

Joey is a nutrition expert (Accredited Practising Dietitian) who loves food and adopts a holistic approach to health and wellness. She combines her training in mindfulness, Ayurveda and nutrition to inspire people to connect with their inner wisdom for what makes their body thrive.

Favourite fruit or veg: Globe artichoke, boiled and eaten with vinaigrette. Growing up with Belgium parents and a mum into macrobiotics, she ate a lot of ‘weird’ food, and this is something Joey still cooks every day when artichokes are in season. “They are a great appetiser and fun to eat. Tearing the flesh off each leaf to work your way to the heart. It’s not just food, it’s an experience!”

Teri

Teri is a nutrition expert (Accredited Practising Dietitian) with over 18 years experience within the food, healthcare and education industries. Teri is passionate about educating and empowering childcare centres, educators and families to adopt a positive attitude to eating well and enjoying food.

Teri is an engaging presenter and respected for her practical approach and easy-to-implement strategies. She loves helping young children become competent eaters for life.

Teri is a mum of two young kids, and has experienced first-hand the trials and tribulations that come with developing healthy eating habits in young children.

Fave fruit: Mangoes! The best summer fruit and brings back wonderful childhood memories of sucking mango pips with juice dripping down my chin.

Courtney

Courtney is an anti-diet Dietitian who helps her clients heal their relationship with food and their bodies. Utilising Intuitive Eating principals, Courtney guides her clients towards a healthy relationship with food without dieting, calorie counting or weighing.

She enjoys spending time with her dog and appreciates a good book combined with a glass of wine. Courtney loves camping in remote Victoria where, exploring great hiking trails, discovering hidden gems and enjoy the down time without phone or internet reception.

Favourite fruit or veg: capsicum! It’s colourful, tasty, crisp and it goes great in just about any dish.

Nicole

Nicole first completed a psychology degree before becoming a dietitian. She loved learning about personality traits and how these contribute to the complexities of behaviour change. This awareness is also valuable in her current role as a dietitian.

Nicole has worked in a range of roles from the Red Cross, the Sandringham Zebras (VFL), in private practice and more recently in the hospital setting. Two years ago, she relocated to regional Victoria to work as a clinical dietitian in a rural hospital. Nicole loves the variety this brings with each day being different to the next – from children with allergies or feeding issues, to women in pregnancy with gestational diabetes, to patients in ICU requiring tube feeding – each day is different.

Nicole’s favourite fruit is a mango because they are bursting with flavour, they are a low energy snack with a hit of vitamins and they’re fun to eat when you slice them up and turn the skin inside out!

Tash

Tash is a nutrition expert (Accredited Practising Dietitian) and has a passion for sharing her knowledge across many areas of nutrition. She has gone on to complete further study at the Australian Institute of Sport in Canberra to become an Accredited Sports Dietitian. She has worked in a range of roles from private practice, to Essendon Football Club, to currently AFL Victoria’s Umpiring Department. She has a wonderful approach to presenting the science of nutrition in an easy to understand language. Whether its healthy aging, general nutrition, diabetes, weight management, heart disease, sports performance, or wanting to complete your first fun run, Tash will have you covered. When she’s not sharing her love for nutrition, Tash is spending time with her big German Shepherd Cody or waterskiing with friends and family up in Echuca.

Tash gets super excited in the lead up to Summer when all the berries come into season – blueberries, strawberries and raspberries.

Kim

Kim is passionate about helping people live nourished lives through good nutrition. She is highly experienced with a background in teaching Food Technology & Health at secondary school and ten years as an Accredited Practising Dietitian. Kim loves to create and share delicious food, and helping others to develop their food and nutrition knowledge with a practical and down-to-earth approach.

Favourite fruit or veg: White nectarines are my favourite fruit. Seeing them available in the fruit shops or growing on the tree in the backyard signifies summer is coming. When in season, they will be appear on fruit patters, cheese boards, in cakes and tarts or in salads. As a seasonal fruit, they also remind me that some things are worth waiting for.
